The Bulldogs have been through everything in the past 12 months, but they now look to be securing favourite son Kevin Moore as their NRL head coach in 2009, after Steve Folkes has resigned at the seasons end to inject new blood into the side.
The Bulldogs form in the first 4 Rounds of NRL season 2008, has been ok - certainly not shocking like many expected. After narrowly losing to the Eels in Round 1, the Bulldogs have bounced back to record 2 wins from 4 starts.
Regardless of Kevin Moores ability as a coach, the Dogs need fresh blood at the helm the likes of Sonny Bill Williams and others seemingly a little bit stale from the long stint of coach Steve Folkes.
Their NRL Results suggest this season is long from over and they could yet be a bolter for the Top 8 should injuries stay away. The only award they won't win at this stage is the 'Sexiest Man in League award for country boy Kane Cleal'
The Dogs as they usually do will keep soldiering on and prove the doubters wrong, long into the next decade.
