It happens all too frequently for the Wests Tigers, NRL star Benji Marshall injured and sitting on the sidelines again.
A big part of their strike weaponry, the Wests Tigers must be just as frustrated as Benji - the Kiwi half tying up a big part of their salary cap and rarely able to give them consistent on field service.
This time, Marshall has returned from a knee injury only to pull up lame and be forced to sit out the next 2 weeks - also missing the Centenary Test between New Zealand and Australia.
Fortunately for the Wests Tigers, their NRL Results have been on the improve. New half Matt Head in particular looking good - as is Chris Lawrence for the Tigers. The side coming again with a last minute, yet gritty win against the tough Cronulla Sharks outfit.
Tim Sheens the Tigers NRL Coach now heads into City/Country Origin camp and the Tigers will be headed up temporarily by Royce Simmons.
