The Wests Tigers today crashed to their third successive defeat in the 2008 NRL, losing to the Canberra Raiders after starting very solidly in their away game.
Already missing Benji Marshall and Robbie Farah, the Wests Tigers are really starting to see poor NRL Results as they try and keep a consistent team on the field. New boy Tim Moltzen is performing above his age and new signing Matthew Head made a solid start for the Tigers today.
The Canberra Raiders again showed they won't be easy beats in this years Rugby League competition. Also minus several players, the Raiders did their best to hang on and through young half back Todd Carney they clawed their way back into the match and made the Tigers pay dearly for a poor second half.
The Wests Tigers have now lost to the Penrith Panthers, Bulldogs and Canberra Raiders and coach Tim Sheens must certainly have fears for the weeks ahead as he tries to get some results on the board for his young team.
