The South Sydney Rabbitohs face an early NRL season test in their Round 5 clash with the Cronulla Sharks. Winless after 4 rounds of Rugby League, the Bunnies need a win and they need it quick or they risk a total confidence failure and the possibility of missing the NRL Top 8.
Coach Jason Taylor has declared his intention to stop 'overcoaching' the side and let them have more control on the field. Halfback Jeremy Smith gets his chance to shine, with several no. 7's used in 2008.
Against the Cronulla Sharks, expect to see a grinding game and regardless of their style - the Sharks have the NRL Results to prove they have what it takes to win in 2008, even without some of their stars. To be played at ANZ Stadium, expect to see a semi-final type atmosphere as the Rabbitohs try and forge their way to their maiden win.
