The Sonny Bill Williams saga drags on; lost to Rugby League - the Bulldogs and NRL. The Rugby Union traitor has been a hot topic on news channels throughout Australia, New Zealand and France in the past 2 weeks.
The Channel 9 Footy Show in Sydney has managed to secure an interview with Sonny Bill Williams; prominent reporter Danny Wiedler was the obvious choice for SBW and his team to liaise with - Wiedler unlike other journalists such as Phil Gould or Andrew Voss rarely asks the tough questions and manages to secure interviews with players such as Willie Mason and SBW purely through his 'softly' approach and befriending the player.
While much of Australia and New Zealand wait to hear what the Sonny Bill Williams interview brings; most already know the answer. Under the spell of Anthony Mundine and Khoder Nasser the single goal for SBW now is himself and money first and everything else later.
Lets just hope that SBW doesn't look back in 20 years time and rue his decision to link with the men who only have themselves left.
