Melbourne Storm boom outside centre Israel Folau has today signed a contract deal with the Brisbane Broncos, which will see him leave NRL Champions the Melbourne Storm in 2009 and link with the Broncos who will be hoping for extreme NRL Results with such a good roster in their hands.
Israel Folau said his Queensland based family was a big part of the reason why he signed with Brisbane for his Rugby League future and turned his back on the Melbourne Storm who helped him crack first grade and become the games biggest star.
The Broncos now boast a very strong and young looking player roster for this year and the future NRL season ahead. They are surely a top 4 side and with Folau contracted, only Craig Bellamy remains - once signed the Broncos become a true powerhouse club.
