A Player Draft for the NRL?

Let's try it again!


With the almost farcial solution to the scrapping of the laughable anti-tampering, mid-season player trade-offs, is it time that the NRL looked at a player draft again??

It seems to work well and is extremely popular in the AFL, so why don't the NRL try it again? Our game is more popular and financialy stronger than the last time we had a player draft in system, and the current solution of open slather is DEFINATELY not the solution.

So what do you think - should the NRL go back to the days of a player draft system??
